Tonight I will be on #winestudio from 9:00 – 10:00 pm discussing Val D’Oca, an incredible cooperative winery from the Veneto that I have the privilege of working with to promote their Prosecco brands. Val D’Oca makes wines in five Prosecco denominations from Prosecco DOC to Cartizze and everything in-between. The winery has 600 member-growers and covers 1000 hectares. Founded in 1952, it is one of the oldest wineries in the area and is devoted to the preservation of the lands and the traditions behind it. They practice sustainable viticulture and are active in promoting not just the wines but also the community of people that live around and work in the vineyards they manage.
