OperaWine 2018, 52nd Vinitaly Begins

OperaWine, the Wine Spectator presentation of their selection of the best Italian wines is in its 6th year I believe. This year I tasted some special wines that I hadn’t had before including wine by La Stoppa, Elvio Cogno and Ippolito 1845. All three very different and very memorable wines. I also tasted Galatrona from Petrolo which I like a lot and Terre Brune from Santadi, again, I special wine to me. So much wine and so little time,
