After all of the recent violence, this post from a French blogger sums up what I want back- peace of mind and innocence. Raising a small son with what is currently going on in the world and trying to teach concepts like sharing and cleaning up toys is surreal and hard amid the chaos in the news. I have to fight the strong desire to not let him out in the world. I just want to protect him and keep him safe and innocent.
