I had the opportunity to taste today’s Wine Wednesday wine last summer at the Society of Wine Educators conference. It is a Rosé of Pinot Noir from Sokol Blosser, a fascinating winery from Oregon. I discovered this winery during the Oregon group tasting the day before the conference began. I knew nothing about it but apparently I am the only one. They are very forward thinking and are a registered B Corp, a fact that won them praise for me.
