Closures: Cork Is Still It

I will write about Italian indigenous varietals later today but for the moment I wanted to link to this article that I wrote about Cork on Snooth following a long interview with the head of Amorim.

I know many people are fans of the alternative closures and in certain circumstances, I am as well. That said, for me cork is still the thing. I know I’m not alone in this thought but I’d like to hear other views.
