I heard some very sad news today about a colleague who died at the way too early age of 49. He was a very charismatic Milanese entrepreneur with a communications company. It seems that every day, someone young or what I consider young, dies. It’s hard to know what to do in these instances. I can only raise a glass of Franciacorta to you Ariberto. It seems appropriate.
He was very Milanese but he also loved Bob Dylan oddly enough and had a huge portrait of a young Dylan in his office as well as one of him in front of the Nasdaq headquarters.
All of this stuff just makes me want to smell the flowers…..
