Today’s Monday Musings is about wines for Thanksgiving. How many will you be bringing? Opening and sharing? I am thinking 3-4. One for a starting toast, likely a Prosecco or Prosecco Rosé, followed by a white with appetizers if your family has them. We oddly used to have bagels and lox before Thanksgiving dinner. Then with the main course and the sides, I think I will have a red wine, maybe a sparkling one maybe still. So many to choose from, Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, Bonarda, Sangiovese, and many others. Dessert wines are a whole different story. I’ve never met one I didn’t like.
