I’ve got some Sardinian clients coming to town in about a week for a couple of events with journalists and trade. I have to finish the lovely article that I began on Cork this week, thanks to a cork tour I took when visiting the winery in Sardinia.
Very excited to be eating some of the lovely foods that I sampled there and drinking great wines from Vermentino and Cannonau. I am a very big proponent of all things Sardinian actually and have been wearing a Sardinian wedding ring for 14 years. Often when I am in Italy, people think I am Sarda, which is odd, because of my accent but hey, I’ll go with that.
