I recently changed the logo to my podcast and uploaded some new episodes. The current mini-series I am working on is about wine books and writing them. I have spoken to a number of people both about their subjects and about their processes. I am trying hard to write one of my own so learning from others is right up my alley. I hope you find these conversations as interesting as I did. This latest episode is my 20th and it is a conversation with Amy Zavatto, a writer, author, editor, and a fellow Dame d’Escoffier, among other hats that she wears. Amy and I had this conversation last year so it’s possible she’s written a 19th book since we last spoke.
